To investigate the new planet Promethe, various projects are being undertaken globally. Specifically, in Japan, under Dr. Oedo's leadership, "Space Carrier Jasdum" and "Planet Robot Dangard A" are currently being constructed. Ichimonji Takuma is a candidate to pilot Dangard A. His father, Ichimonji Dantetsu, was a renowned space pilot who mysteriously disappeared after an accident. The public blamed him for the incident. To clear his name and succeed in the project, Takuma aims to become a space pilot. Will he ultimately be selected as the pilot?
