Asou Daisuke is an accomplished high school student and artist who has recently experienced a creative block, preventing him from painting. His dear friend Tachibana Amane, deeply in love with him, encourages him to create a portrait of Kimikage Yurina, a young girl suffering from a heart condition, before she undergoes surgery. Through this process, Daisuke rediscovers his passion for art and also realizes the romantic feelings he harbors towards Amane.
