In the realm of Neverland, both people and creatures dwell together. The novel Generation of Chaos chronicles the adventures of two brave heroes, Chiffon and Roze, at their journey's inception. Chiffon possesses the ability to train monsters. However, after recognizing that his powers are diminishing, he embarks on a quest to Hiyoko Forest to restore his Hiyokomushi-a fish-like mount and companion-to its native habitat, the Hiyoko Forest. Along the way, Chiffon faces numerous trials as his grip over his monster weakens. On the other hand, Roze is a half-demon who resides among humans with her sister Emilia. One day, while returning from work, she witnesses her home being torched. This incident shatters her aspiration of living harmoniously with people, reminding her that the reconciliation between demons and humans remains elusive.
