Across the globe, kids slumber peacefully without realizing the danger lurking nearby. Tonight, however, a mysterious darkness drifts through the air. One by one, children start vanishing, as if being consumed by their own nightmares. It seems that an otherworldly force is at play, feeding off of their dreams. The wicked queen Badiyanu and her faithful fairies use the "Black Dream Hole" to devour the planet. It falls upon Sailor Moon and the Sailor Soldiers to stop the impending darkness from taking over.
