Seven years ago, Yuuichi Aizawa visited his aunt Akiko in a small northern town. Now, with his parents gone to Africa for their careers, he has returned to the same place. However, Yuuichi is not thrilled about living there again because all of his memories and the people who lived there have disappeared. Even his cute cousin Nayuki seems like a stranger despite playing with her when they were younger. On the day of moving in, Yuuichi finds a red headband that no one recognizes. This discovery leads him to explore the snow-covered town and recall fragments of his past, including broken promises and buried secrets. As he realizes there is something supernatural going on, all of his new female acquaintances seem to have links to his forgotten past.
