Yume de Aetara, or "Dream of Losers," follows Fuguno Masuo as he navigates his romantic relationships with Shiozaki Nagisa and Hamaoka Miho. Despite being a hopeless failure in romance, the story is both entertaining and humorous. To fully appreciate it, I recommend watching it yourself without any further explanation.
