While riding their hover bikes, two brothers encounter a massive metal fortress that blocks their path. despite a brief struggle, they manage to severely damage it. the fortress then withdraws and leaves them in a barren wasteland. however, the nomads living in this wasteland inform the brothers that the fortress was concealed within a mountain. these nomads implore the duo to complete their mission. to aid them, two native guides join forces with the brothers, and along the way they encounter a fairy who can transform into a powerful mech-warrior woman.
