After overcoming numerous challenging events, mercenary sergeant Sousuke Sagara of Mithril school and "Whispered" school girl Kaname Chidori return to their normal high school lives. Although Sousuke tries to blend in with civilians while carrying out his mission, Kaname struggles to cope with his antics. However, as they settle into a peaceful routine, new problems arise. An independent terrorist group called Amalgam and internal conflicts within Mithril pose threats to unity and trust. Additionally, powerful new Arm Slave models emerge, putting the world's peace at risk. As Kaname and Sousuke confront their inner struggles amidst life-threatening battles, they must make wise decisions to shape their future.
