During a school yachting trip, fifteen children of different ages are inexplicably transported to another world where dinosaurs still exist. While attempting to make their way back home, they encounter talking dinosaurs, revolutionaries, pirates, a princess, and primitive scientists who become unlikely allies. However, the group faces challenges such as soldiers, bandits, dangerous dinosaurs, and fanatical priests while trying to escape. The two oldest boys' aggression leads to a split in ranks, and a double-cross plot is set by one of them. Romances blossom amidst this tense atmosphere, and the group learns that each member possesses unique strengths that can aid their journey home if they work together. This story is loosely based on Jules Verne's book "Deux ans de vacances" from 1888.
