Four young men find themselves experiencing feelings of love and intimacy without even realizing it. Sensitive Pornograph features two tales of sexual romance for different couples of male characters. In the first story, Seiji Yamada and Sono Hanasaki meet and quickly fall in love despite their initial shock at discovering that Sono is actually a man ten years older than him. However, their relationship will be tested when rumors about Sonos past sexual exploits surface. The second tale follows Koji Ueno, who is hired to take care of a rabbit named Aki but finds himself instead taking care of a bound and gagged man in the closet who claims to be Aki. To his surprise, Koji learns that he and Aki are both in danger of upsetting their client and must make love together to escape safely. Despite the different twists their lives have taken, all four men experience the unifying emotion of love.

The Sensitive Pornograph OVA is a direct adaptation of the first and fifth stories of the original manga.
