The Kodomo No Omocha OVA is an animated video that was created before the TV series. In this animation, Sanas struggles with Hayama at school due to the "oyakodon baka" situation. Eventually, Hayamas father and sister recognize their errors because of Sanas efforts, leading to a resolution of the conflict.
