In a post-apocalyptic world where a zombie outbreak has caused global collapse, our main character, Mikoto Amano, wakes up in an unknown location with no recollection of his past. He is then taken in by six girls who become his new family. However, tragedy strikes when one of the girls is murdered by another member of their group. This gruesome event takes place in Tokyo's Kabukicho Tower, which is now sealed off from the outside world. As the girls work together to unravel the mystery behind their friend's death, they must confront their own personal demons and form bonds with one another in order to survive in this dangerous new environment.
