In 2050 AD, Earth's space technology has advanced significantly. However, an unexpected threat emerges when Eldar, inhabitants of a future planet 250 years ahead, invade with their powerful energy weapon Trinity Energy. The Eldar were defeated by Earth in the past due to this same weapon. They seek to steal it before it can be used against them. The Eldar begin by taking control of Jupiter's moon Io, where humans have settled. Then they launch an attack on Trinity City with their army of Cosmosauruses, aiming to seize the Trinity Energy. Toshiya and his friends employ God Sigma in a desperate attempt to protect Earth and preserve the Trinity Energy. The conflict escalates into a long-term battle for Io's recovery.
