In 2014, Shibuya is no longer part of Japan and has gained independence as a nation. Despite its chaotic atmosphere, it remains a popular destination for young people. The basic necessities such as electricity, water, and food are transported through pipelines from outside the city. These pipelines resemble spiderwebs in the sky, with the young inhabitants of Shibuya appearing like insects trapped within them. In this metropolis, there is a group known as "Prayers." They make their living by engaging in musical battles where they convert music into electric signals and inject these signals directly into people's brains, causing irreparable damage to their opponents' minds and bodies.
