The anime series Bible Black Only focuses on the sexual exploits of the supporting characters from the original Bible Black show. In one episode, Miss Takashiro recounts her experience with being captured by demons. Itoh is shown to have a sadistic streak in another episode, while Saeki faces harassment from her classmates. Unlike the main series, Bible Black Only consists of individual episodes that do not impact the continuity of the storyline. The anime includes footage that was previously only available on the R2 Bible Black Perfect Collection DVD.
