Koujirou relocates from Hokkaido, Japan's northernmost island, to Tokyo with his beloved horse, Hikarikin. The alien king Rel emerges from planet Wedelun and bestows upon him a belt that enables him to transform into a Miracle Hero and safeguard the world against extraterrestrial threats.
