Chocchan`s story, チョッちゃん物語, Chocchan's Story

This film is about Cho "Chocchan" Kuroyanagi, who wrote an autobiography that inspired this movie. The story takes place in pre-World War II Japan, where Chocchan marries a violinist despite opposition from their families. They have three children and face hardships together with smiles. However, when the war breaks out, Chocchans husband must leave for the front, creating new challenges to their happiness.
