Here are three tales that revolve around the gradius video game series by konami. in the first story, the planet latis is being attacked by the space dragon salamander and its war planet, the bacterian horde. despite their ineffective defenses, hope seems lost until three heroes from the planet gradius join forces with lord british to defend their beloved planet. in a prequel, we learn of an ominous warning brought to the planet gradius by a girl from a distant planet about the bacterians and how they would become heroes of the galaxy. finally, in the future, after the signing of a peace treaty, one of our heroes is captured by the bacterians. the military might of gradius and its remaining heroes must come together to save their comrade from certain death.
