In the 26th century, humans discover a humanoid race on the distant world GO/7498/2. These beings are dark-skinned and possess golden eyes, living in what appears to be a primitive and carefree existence. However, upon further investigation by an Earth scout team, it is discovered that this species has formed a symbiotic relationship with vicious reptilian parasites.
