The narrative revolves around a representative from the planet Radion, known as Prince Planet, arriving on Earth with the objective of evaluating whether this world qualifies to join the Galactic Union of Worlds and providing aid to its residents during his tenure. During his time here, he assumes the persona of an Earth boy named Bobby and gathers companions who collaborate with him in battling malevolent forces, both extraterrestrial and terrestrial.
