In accordance with Nine Heads' game narrative, there was once a brother and sister who were deeply in love. However, their relationship was short-lived as the sister became terminally ill without any cure available. Despite his efforts to help her, things took a turn when he met someone new. This encounter caused him to forget about his sister's illness temporarily until it worsened again and eventually led to her death. Although he loved this person deeply, he couldn't shake off the memories of his beloved sister. Feeling betrayed by God, he sought help from a greater power: the demon. In exchange for the blood of an innocent virgin girl, the demon agreed to assist him in overcoming his grief and finding peace with his past.
