Meet Takashi Horimachi, a fifth-grade student at "Anytown" Elementary School. He is an ordinary curious individual who becomes fascinated with Taro Tanaka, the new transfer student in his class. Unlike anyone they had ever met before, Taro was blue and had glowing eyes, pointy ears, a bald head, and one horn. Takashi tries to keep track of Taro's every move but falls victim to Taro's humorous cosmic jokes and traps.
