In the realm of Mer beneath the sea surface, a conflict erupts between the once peaceful Kingdom of Bars and its neighboring territories - the Principality of Moslem and the illustrious Kingdom of Agadia. Despite its modest size, Bars has suddenly gained immense power, causing it to challenge larger and mightier domains. Meanwhile, two youthful 'spiritual knights', Jo and Oz, make their living by slaying sea monsters. Although their abilities are admired, the populace is apprehensive towards them due to their perceived potential danger. Unbeknownst to them, they will become entangled in the war between Bars and its dark forces.
