New Treasure Island, 新宝島

The first episode of Mushi Pro Land was an animated program that lasted for 60 minutes and was broadcasted in Japan as the country's first ever 60-minute animated TV show. Despite being a unique series, only one episode was actually aired due to reasons unknown. The storyline follows Stevensons "Treasure Island," with characters depicted in animal form such as Silver, who is portrayed as a wolf and Jim transformed into a rabbit. This adaptation has no connection to Tezukas popular manga, Manga New Treasure Island.
