In the TV show, the main characters are Hitomi, Rui, and Ai, who own a café called Cats Eye. These women have two secret lives as skilled art thieves known as Cats Eye. They steal paintings from their father Heinz, who was a renowned art collector during World War II, in hopes that he will find them. Toshio is a police officer who is investigating this case and is also engaged to Hitomi. He vows to catch and punish the Cats Eye Gang.
