The source of life is light. There exist enigmatic creatures and machines that seek to control its powers, specifically red (R), green (G), and blue (B). Despite this, no one else notices except for three children: Ryu, Guccho, and Becky. Ryu is a carefree, impulsive boy who openly declares his aspiration to rule the world. Gucchio, on the other hand, is an introverted mechanical genius with a penchant for gluttony and cowardice. Lastly, Becky is charming yet possesses a twisted personality. Their friends, Rosso, Gibson, Bo, among others, are diverse aliens who frequently transform into animals. Through interactions between these beings, each having unique principles, objectives, tastes, and hobbies, they will come to appreciate the significance of communication.
