10 years after the end of the great war, tensions were still high in Wellber, a country struggling to maintain peace with its neighbor Sangatras. To prevent another conflict from breaking out, King Haidel decided to arrange for his daughter Princess Rita to marry Prince Guernia of Sangatras. However, things did not go as planned when Rita fatally stabbed her groom-to-be and fled the scene. Enraged by this act, King Ranbahnhof of Sangatras threatened war unless Rita was captured and publicly executed within 14 days. In order to avoid a catastrophic outcome, Rita decided to flee to Greedom, a neutral country. Meanwhile, Tina, a woman thief, entered Castle Wellber in search of its treasures when she witnessed the stabbing of Guernia by Princess Rita. Coincidentally or not, Tina learned that the "Wasp Man," her sworn enemy who had killed her parents, was also in Greedom. As a result, Tina agreed to become Rita's bodyguard as they journeyed together towards Greedom. The two of them faced an uncertain future filled with war, vengeance, or death.
