Naho is an 11-year-old girl who lives with her father and two-year-old brother, jun. her mother passed away shortly after giving birth to him, so naho has been taking care of young jun at home. despite being frustrated by this situation, she understands that it's important for her to prioritize her duties as a parent.
one day, an unusual man named kotaro the dreamball dealer appears in front of naho. he introduces himself and tells her he can take her to a dreamland where she can escape from her everyday life. however, after this encounter, strange occurrences begin to happen to naho. she finds herself having fun with friends and experiencing different worlds before being reunited with her father and mother, only to find herself wandering into jun's dream.
naho is now confused about what she would ask kotaro and what she truly desires from the depth of her heart.
