15 kids, including 8 boys and 7 girls, are spending their summer at camp when they stumble upon a secret grotto near the sea. Inside, they discover a room filled with advanced technology and meet Kokopelli, the owner of the place. He tells them that he's working on a game where players control a giant robot designed to protect Earth from 15 alien invasions. Although Kokopelli hasn't tested the game yet, he convinces all but one child to sign up for it. However, things take a dark turn when the kids realize they must pilot the robot Zearth in order to defeat incoming enemies. Unfortunately, Kokopelli failed to mention that Zearth's energy source is crucial for its operation.
