Kazuma yagami is an individual who possesses the ability known as "fuujutsu," which allows him to control wind. following being banished from his home for four years due to his failure to master fire and a defeat in battle against his younger cousin, ayano kannagi, he returns to the noble kannagi household. however, upon his return, several members of the family have been killed using fuujutsu, causing suspicion towards kazuma as the perpetrator. as a result, he must now clear his name and assist the family in discovering the true identity of the killer while navigating their mutual animosity.
