Since ancient times, the Imperial Seal has been passed down through generations. It grants immense power to those who wield it. This narrative tells the tale of these powerful warriors. The story takes place during a time of turmoil and civil war, where massive armies clash in epic battles, and legendary figures etch their names into history. However, this era is also marked by death and devastation as people live in constant dread of the sword. On to this stage steps Rikuson (Lu Xun), whose family had been the keepers of the Imperial Seal until it was stolen by Sonsaku. At his mentor's request, Rikuson offers his services to Sonsaku with the goal of verifying the will of the Imperial Seal. However, assassins end Sonsaku's life and the seal is lost once more. This marks the beginning of Rikuson's quest to recover the Imperial Seal and discover his own destiny.
