Doujin Work chronicles the journey of a young girl named Najimi Osana as she becomes immersed in the world of doujin art. Inspired by observing her friend's success at a convention, Najumi initially joins the doujin community with high expectations. However, she soon discovers that this new realm is far more challenging than she anticipated. As Najimi attends additional conventions and meets various individuals, she eventually finds a group of supportive friends who have prior experience in the field. These companions provide her with valuable guidance and assistance, enabling her to gradually establish herself as a successful doujin artist.
