Koyuki Higawa struggles with social interactions and keeps herself distant from others. She spends most of her time alone in high school until she meets Minato Amamiya, who slowly brings them closer together. Despite her aloof nature, Koyuki is contrasted with popular Miki and boundary-less Minato, as well as easygoing basketball team member Youta, in this story about their complicated youth.
