In the twenty-third century, Mighty Orbots follows the story of Rob Simmons, a scientist, and his team of robots known as Orbots. These include Tur, Bort, Beau, Crunch, and Ono, all part of the Galactic Patrol, an Earth-based police force tasked with maintaining order in the universe. The main conflict revolves around their struggle against Shadow, a malevolent planet ruled by Umbra, who aims to dominate the cosmos.
