Kiyosato Hospital is located two hours away from Tokyo, where Shuji will begin his medical career after finishing school. Despite the fact that his father passed away at this hospital during an operation while he was in college, Shuji has become a doctor with the intention of investigating his father's death. However, since it has been almost ten years and he is encountering dead ends, he is struggling to find answers. Upon arriving at Kiyosato Hospital, Shuji discovers that Dr. Takao, who was operating on his father during the fatal procedure, is now the assistant director of the hospital. Additionally, on the same day, he sees Misako, his former girlfriend from the time of his father's death. However, to his shock, he learns that she is now married to Dr. Takao under suspicious circumstances. This revelation prompts Shuji to investigate Dr. Takao and attempt to reclaim Misako by any means necessary.
