In outer space, there resides a tranquil high school student named Amate Yuzuriha who lives on a colony floating in space. Her life takes a turn when she encounters Nyaan, a war refugee, who introduces her to Clan Battle, an illegal mobile suit dueling sport. Eager to participate, Amate adopts the alias "Machu" and engages in intense battles daily, piloting her GQuuuuuuX mobile suit. However, her peaceful existence is disrupted when an unidentified Gundam mobile suit pursued by both the space force and law enforcement appears before her, accompanied by its young pilot, Shuji.
