The second installment in the series centers around the events of a video game sequel that takes place on the continent of Mu, which was once home to an ancient civilization that has long since disappeared. While remnants of this civilization still exist as myths and legends known as UMAs (unidentified lifeforms), these creatures have started merging with humans in search of the powerful ooparts found on Mu. These ooparts possess the ability to revive the lost continent, granting their wielders immense power. In this story, Subaru and War-Rock encounter various unusual enemies before meeting Doctor Orihime, who sends them on a quest to retrieve the ooparts and put an end to the UMAs' invasion. Through the use of these ooparts, Rockman transforms into several new forms, including Thunder Berserk, Fire Dinosaur, and Green Shinobi.
