Birdy Cephon Altera is an officer from the Space Federation who is currently on Earth in pursuit of her target Geega. To blend in with her target, she disguises herself as "Shion Arita" and joins a modeling agency. As Shion, she poses for photo shoots during the day while chasing intergalactic criminals at night. Meanwhile, Tsutomu Senkawa is a high school student who accidentally witnesses Birdy's battle with Geega in an abandoned building. He becomes her hostage but is later killed by accident. To save him, Birdy integrates his consciousness into her own body. Now, she must balance her modeling career, high school life as Shion Arita, and increasingly dangerous job as a Federation officer while cohabitating with Senkawas consciousness.
