Rags Town, located in Japan, serves as the country's garbage dump for individuals seeking to forget their pasts. This town strictly prohibits any discussion of the past or personal interactions with its residents. Despite these rules, a small detective agency called S&A Detectives operates within this community. The story revolves around Ayamana, an inseparable pair of misfit wannabe detectives who take on the case of Manami, a woman being chased by a group of armed women. As they investigate, the detectives discover that Sara, the abnormally hot woman, is being pursued relentlessly. They attempt to uncover the truth behind her situation while simultaneously dealing with the emergence of teenage girls transforming into glass throughout the town. The government attempts to conceal these events, but S&A Detectives, along with a curious reporter and local police, remain determined to solve the mystery.
