The protagonist is a high school sophomore who develops feelings for a new student named Kasumi. However, he's too shy to approach her. His friend Minami suggests that he join the "Love Club," which aims to assist students in expressing their romantic interests. Both Kasumi and the protagonist become members of the club. It turns out that Kasumi is also romantically interested in someone else but lacks the courage to confess her feelings. The protagonist is content with befriending Kasumi, but she ultimately loves someone else.
