A 15-year-old named Chacha has a special talent that allows her to communicate with cats. Although Mito thinks this is an amazing ability, Chacha finds it annoying at times and disruptive in certain situations. Her daily routine as a student will be anything but typical due to the challenges she faces such as dealing with numerous stray cats proposing marriage or receiving unexpected gifts from neighborhood cats on her bed at night.
