After finishing the first season, tomoharu is now facing a difficult choice. if he doesn't sign a contract with an "akuma," his friend takatsuki will be at risk. however, doing so would put him and his ghost companion misao in danger as it would mean they would become asura cryin, which is considered the greatest threat to humanity by their school president. to make things even more challenging, tomoharu and misao have regained some of their past memories, revealing a world that they never knew existed.
