The second episode of Kansen takes place during the initial stages of the Unknown virus outbreak. However, unlike in the first episode, the protagonists face an even greater challenge as they find themselves stranded in the heart of a devastated city following a mysterious disaster that has caused widespread destruction. Surrounded by hordes of infected maniacs, Hiroshi Ookura and his companions must navigate through a mall that is mostly intact to seek safety. However, their journey is fraught with danger as they encounter madness and death at every turn.
