Tamaki is an elementary school student whose father, Dr. Yagiyama, has a fascination with penguins. However, his constant lectures on this topic have made Tamaki dislike them. To help her overcome her hatred of penguins, Dr. Yagiyama creates the "penguin-roid" named Minori. Alongside Minori, Tamaki goes around town to fix problems caused by her father's obsession with these creatures.
