In this story, we are introduced to Kouzou Yukawa, who was an avid fan of hot springs. He had a knack for finding hidden sources of these natural wonders. On one of his adventures, while searching for a new spring to revitalize a town, he tragically fell off a cliff and passed away. However, he was then granted a second chance at life by an Inari deity from a small shrine concealed in the rocks. Along with Inari's messenger princess, Mayudama, Kouzou was able to explore new hot springs in his new world. As he took his first bath with Mayudama in a newly discovered spring, an elf girl appeared.
