Since ancient times, there have been individuals who served as guardians for Athena, the Goddess of Love and Peace on Earth. These warriors, known as Saints, would emerge whenever evil threatened to disrupt peace. A young woman named Saori Kido discovers that she is the reincarnation of Athena and learns about a mystical force called "Cosmos." However, not everyone welcomes her arrival. The Pope of the Sanctuary, responsible for all Saints, views Saori as a threat to his authority and seeks to eliminate her. An assassin is dispatched to kill her, but Seiya, one of the Bronze Saints, steps in to protect her. Will Seiya be able to safeguard Saori throughout their perilous journey in Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary?
