Keisuke takatou wakes up in a white room without any memory of how or when he got there. he explores his surroundings and finds six familiar girls huddled around a large monitor. they are kanae hokari, miyakou ando, natsuki aoi, rika makiba, rinne byakuya, and nemu manaka. as they try to make sense of their situation, the voice on the monitor declares that "the game will now begin." the rules are simple but brutal; keisuke must select one of the girls as his "keyhole" and violate her in a specific manner for five rounds. if he does this successfully, they will be freed to the outside world. miyakou refuses to participate and is strapped to an electric chair when the lights go out. the mysterious voice announces that withdrawal from the game results in death, leaving the terrified captives with no other choice but to proceed with the sadistic game that awakens their carnal desires through pain and pleasure.
