In 2029, Scrooge escapes from a research facility where he had been held captive as an experimental subject. His physical form was altered through genetic manipulations and he uses his psychic abilities to eliminate those who pursue him. Eventually, he encounters another experimental subject named Carol. When three psychic hunters track down the two of them, Carol requests that Scrooge utilize his right arm to retrieve a weapon from her own body.

An animated short was bundled as a DVD with the limited edition release of the PC game Guilty Crown: Lost Christmas.
