Romeo maki is a man who works at an orphanage during the day and wrestles as masked man m at night. juliet, on the other hand, is a nun who also works at the same orphanage but transforms into lady s when she steps into the ring. kick-heart portrays their relationship in the ring, where they can freely explore their hidden desires.

Kick-Heart was funded through a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2012.
