The plot centers on Sayumi Satou, a new employee at the Sparrows Hotel, which is situated near Heaven. She possesses unique qualities such as an impressive bust size and exceptional abilities in killing people. Despite her proficiency in eliminating troublemakers in the corporate hotel, she struggles to communicate effectively with the male manager of the hotel. As a result, Sayumi often holds back from expressing herself fully.
